HP Inc is involved with the development of mobile computing device. As such we will be incorporating GPS
receivers in these mobile devices such as notebooks and tablets. These devices are used in by both
consumer and commercial customers, and utilize the GPS function to assist with location based services that
the customer may require.

The installation of a GPS re-transmission system from GPS Source Inc. into our Spring, Texas facility will
improve our ability to test and develop the GPS receivers that is integrated into our mobile computing
devices.
