Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Extension of the existing STA is sought in connection with a pending transfer of control application (File No. 0023-EX-TU-2007). HNS License Sub, LLC seeks extension of its authority for interim operation under its current ownership structure pending action on this application. The Explanatory Statement and Exhibits E&F provided in File No. 0484-EX-ST-2007 are hereby incorporated by reference.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Authority to operate with BRH Holdings GP, Ltd. as the controlling entity of HCI and the HNS Licensees while application for consent to transfer control File No. 0023-EX-TU-2007 is pending. See Exhibit(s) filed in File No(s). 0011-EX-PL-2006.
