$HNS License Sub, LLC Call Sign WD2XJU Request for Renewal Description of Application HNS License Sub, LLC (“HNS”) is currently authorized under call sign WD2XJU to operate a test facility with the Inmarsat Ventures Limited satellite, Inmarsat 3 Atlantic Ocean Region-W satellite located at 54° W.L. (“I3”). This authorization is set to expire on June 1, 2005. HNS is using the facility to test earth station terminals for use with a new Inmarsat satellite, Inmarsat 4 (“I4”). However, I4 is not expected to commence commercial service in the U.S. until the first half of 2006. HNS requests renewed authority to continue testing of these terminals with I3 for another 12 month period. DC\760371.1$
