Establishments offering public Wi-Fi access will now have to display a symbol indicating its presence. The law calls for "sobriety, transparency and consultation with respect to exposure to electromagnetic emissions." An information campaign will be launched this year to urge the "reasoned and reasonable use" of mobile devices, accessories such as hands-free kits.
