Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is an LTTS licensee conducting video production activities for the events listed, including Major League Baseball games, the Belmont Stakes championship horse race, and for network remote news programming events. There are not enough channels at or near 2 GHz in the bands permitted for LTTS operation at the time of these events to permit the applicant to utilize the 1990-2110 MHz band pursuant to its LTTS license, WMQ612, to transmit video at the site to the production trucks for broadcast/cablecast/satellite transmission because other users, including local licensees, are conducting normal operations.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Video production from the Goodyear blimp for various special events. Video production from the Goodyear blimp on a contract basis for broadcast purposes from various special events, including sports and news operations in New York State, as listed in the attachment hereto.
