FCC Form 442 Gogo LLC REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION AND RENEWAL OF CALL SIGN WF2XMC Gogo LLC (“Gogo,” formerly known as Aircell LLC) requests modification and renewal of call sign WF2XMC.1 Modification The original application, file no. 0282-EX-PL-2010, contained a list of geographic locations (airports) at which the experimental use would occur. Gogo would like to add the following location to that list: Airport Location Airport Code N. Latitude W. Longitude Broomfield, CO BJC 39o -54.530’ 105 o-07.000’ No other changes to the operating parameters of the license are being requested. Renewal Gogo requests renewal of WF2XMC for another 24-month term. As explained in the original application, the experimental license is needed to comply with Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) testing requirements for obtaining FAA Supplemental Type Certificates for unlicensed devices to be installed in aircraft cabins. Gogo continues to perform equipment installations in new aircraft types and therefore requires continuing authority to test the equipment prior to installation. 1 OET staff advised that the renewal and modification requests could be combined into one application using FCC Form 442. Please advise if this is not correct.
