The enclosed block diagram, RF section description and the antenna performance testing contain/s detailed system and equipment description/s considered proprietary information. Public disclosure of above document/s might be harmful to our company and would give competitors an unfair advantage in the market, especially since our equipment will be in its first field trials during the next several months. 4, The system will be tested during the next few months for its ability to provide outdoor WiFi services. A highly competitive field in US municipalities. 5. The system to be tested does not use off-the-shelf equipment but rather newly developed RF technology. The documents submitted as part of this application contain important intellectual property owned by GO Networks which, if made available to the public, will very likely harm our expected competitive advantage. 6. GO Networks currently hands out only high level product brochures and white papers. Further information is subject to an NDA and even then, internal technology documents (such as the enclosed RF chain description and antenna performance) are never disclosed. 7. The enclosed RF chain description and antenna performance were only disclosed to certified labs as part of our homologation process in some parts of the world. None of them was or will be made available to the public. 8. Within the upcoming 6 to 8 months we expect to formally announce a US market product at which time parts of the enclosed information will be released. 9. GO Networks has several patent applications pending in the US with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Some or all of the information disclosed herein forms part of said applications.
