documentation. Our analysis indicates that the proposed system meets industry accepted interference
criteria with your system.

In accordance with FCC Rule Part 74.502(d)&101.103(d), we are providing you with the technical
parameters of the proposed system for your review. Please include the job number referenced above in your
response. We will assume that you concur with our findings if we receive no objections to this proposal by
March 31, 2005.
