Doug, per our conversation, the necessary bandwidth for this test will be 200KHz, using
standard GSM Cellular(GXW) designation.

For what its worth, I have researched the 937MHz band and found all of the users in the area for
this band are shared and so therefore coordination would not be required. Since this test is low
power and only for a short duration no harmful interference will occur.
