This request will result in no possibility for increased interference. In this request, Globalstar seeks
authority, in connection with the CubeSat mission, to transmit from its space stations to the
CubeSat in the 2483.5 to 2500 MHz band. The link from the Globalstar space stations to CubeSats is
indistinguishable in its characteristic from the technical characteristics of Globalstar’s already-
licensed space station transmissions in the 2483.5 to 2500 MHz MHz band.
