As you had outlined in your license request your customer spacecraft is a federal mission and thus licensed through the NTIA. We recently received final (operational) system certification for this mission from NTIA in accordance with Doc.43594/1 and SPS-22932/1 which included inter-satellite operation on the Globalstar system channels around 1615 MHz for communication to the Globalstar system as enabled by your system.
