Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary to demonstrate that new services can be offered to GSM cellular mobile users. The demonstrations will be held peridocially at the Global Crossing offices in Phoenix, AZ.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of new services to GSM cellular mobile users. The radio is a standard 1900 MHz GSM radio base station that has no modifications from its original manufacturer. It will connected to a private GSM network hosted by Ericsson. This will be used to inter-connect with new network infrastructure owned and operated by Global Crossing to demonstrate new user services in the marketplace. The request is for two(2) GSM mobile Transmit(BS Rx) in the 1850 to 1910MHz and 2 complementary GSM mobile RX(BS Tx) channels in the 1930 to 1990MHz bands.
