To whom it may concern:

We wish to lower the ERP to 0.1mW for call sign WC9XPF. With this reduction in
power and since these demonstrations/experiments will be conducted primarily indoors,
the possibility for harmful interference will be greatly reduced.

Also, we wish to make the operation of this experimental from June 30 to December 30th.
