October 15, 2015 Attention: Doug Young Subject: FCC License Modification Exhibit Reference: Application: 0215-EX-ML-2015 File Number: 29780 Dear Doug Young, This is in response to the request for an exhibit describing the modifications and reasons related to the current FCC license filling. The modification request is due to the acquisition of a new unmanned aerial system (UAS) with a different radio structure than our currently used platforms. This new platform has an additional radio that is used for a video downlink. It is desired to add the required operation frequencies for this radio to the existing license at both locations to support ongoing research that will be migrated to this platform.
