REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED PROCESSING GTRI will need the FCC license approval by 1 March 2019. The disapproval or delay of the license will dramatically affect current program schedule and performance as the program is currently in execution. The Banshee radio, from L3 Technologies, is a key component to executing the program deliverables. Delaying approval will also significantly affect the cost and incur additional expenses to the program.
