To Whom it May Concern,

! The Prox-1 Team at Georgia Tech would like to withdraw its application for an
STA license. We have been instructed by the University Nano-Satellite Program
Manager that we should withdraw the application, on the grounds that the Request for
Spectrum Support should be submitted to the NTIA by AFRL.
