RECONSO from Georgia Tech has run into issues regarding our IARU licensing as well as our NOAA
licensing. NOAA has received our application and has told us that the review process could take up to
120 days. IARU has yet to classify us as an amateur project, although by definition we are. We are
attempting to rectify this confusion, but it will take some time before we are able to receive our IARU
license. I would like to request an extension on our FCC license application while we acting on these
issues.
