The 0145 and 0146 filings regard the same project, but utilize different
antennas and corresponding transmit powers. I believe the two applications
should be consolidated into a single appication.   Please note that on
application 0146, the response to question 4 should be "no". This is not a
federally funded project, but rather is a state government funded project.
Also since Mary Ann's applications deals mainly with CW signals, whereas
mine relates to OFDM, it may not be appropriate to combine the
applications. Please let me know if you need additional information.
