Ongoing government project – see prior modification

Modifications were necessary to conduct outdoor mobile vehicle testing. Capability
is required for on-going work on the Collaborative Technology Research Alliance
Program (Contract DAAD19-01-2-0011, Project A-6643).

Modification to existing license was granted May 17, 2007.

The present modification is being filed to allow testing using the same equipment,
frequencies, powers, etc. relative to an industry contract IN ADDITION to the
government testing that is ongoing. This is further explained in the answer to question
#6.

It is expected that the Government Project will continue at least 24 months from present.
