Subject: Request for Info - File #0636-EX-PL-2015
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. Submit a justification for requesting a three-year license rather than the standard two-year license.
2. Your data entry of frequencies is confusing. You list two bands (4400-4820 MHz and 4942.5-4987.5
MHz) but appear to be listing discrete frequencies in the modulating signal field (4530, 4810, 4410, 4815,
etc.) If you intend on operating on just those frequencies, then you should not be requesting the entire
two bands. You should list all discrete frequencies you intend to use separately, as long as there is not a
very large number of them, and should do that by entering those frequencies in the lower frequency field
while leaving the upper frequency field blank. Re-enter the frequency data if necessary.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of October 19, 2015 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
