I had already amended the application and deleted the L2 frequency based on an earlier notice from the
OET. If no further FAA coordination is required then please let me know so that I can amend the
application again.

Our responses to your questions are provided below and subsequent uploaded document.
FCC Comment: Submit your response to items a) and e)-i).
a) Individual authorization is for indoor use only, and is required for each device at a specific site.
Response: Yes we understand and this device will be used inside the GDMS Roosevelt Building. A
separate attachment will be uploaded for this application illustrating the location.

e)-i)
Response: An attachment will be uploaded providing a map of the area inside the GDMS building where
it will be used, distances, and the required calculations of the GPS signal at 100 foot radius. A previous
attachment provided the “Stop Buzzer” POC and government POC.
