Subject: Request for Info - File #0143-EX-CN-2016
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

The FCC's Satellite Division has the following issue for you to address:

Satellite Division has reviewed the subject request and found one NGSO satellite constellation that
operate in the 23180-23380 MHz band.

If the applicant notches out 20 MHz from the upper frequency range (22.8-23.2 GHz) so the revised
frequency range would now be 22.8 - 23.18 GHz, we can support this request. If not then we will need to
perform an analysis and will require additional technical information.

Please let us know if notching 20 MHz is acceptable.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of November 17, 2016 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
