What satellites will be used as points of communication? What are the dates and locations (with coordinates) of your scheduled demos? Can you operate only in the 14.2-14.5 GHz portion of the band you requested? If not, we will have to coordinate with federal government users which will take at least two weeks. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of April 21, 2006 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
