Exhibit 1 In connection with this renewal application, the following is noted: It is requested that when the renewal is granted, the license be issued in the current name of the licensee — "General Dynamics—OTS, Inc." The Commission was advised of the name change pursuant to a Notification filed on 9/20/2013. It is respectfully requested that upon grant of the application the license be issued with the same "XT" Station class, as the license is used to support internal range development and characterization, and Independent Research and Development (IR&D) as well as contract activities. Although internal range development and characterization, and IR&D are not associated with any particular contract, such internal experimental use is essential to demonstrate and verify the licensee‘s ability to meet the needs required of its customers.
