File No. 0081-EX-RR-2012
Ref. No. 16573

Mr. Young:

Thank you for your inquiry dated April 2, 2012.

General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc. has reviewed the information you referenced,
and the license being renewed (WE2XOS), and the experiment authorized by the license, and has
determined the following:

1. The ?Antenna Name? for the antenna specified ?34GR4NEKABAND00661H0007T? is
?PHASEDARRY?.

2. Upon further review, GDATP has determined that operation under the license WE2XOS no longer
requires operation on the 31.8-36 GHz band. Accordingly, GDATP requests deletion of the 31.8-36 GHz
band from the existing WE2XOS license and GDATP confirms that renewal of the WE2XOS license does
not require grant on the 31.8-36 GHz band. It is respectfully requested that the Commission advise if any
action is required by GDATP to remove the 31.8-36 GHz band from the existing license and from renewal
of the license.

Best regards,

Jeff Rummel
Attorney for General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc.
