We are supporting an effort with the Army military training organization (PEO STRI) which has had
discussions with the FirstNet team to leverage FirstNet spectrum for this experiment to support training.
We currently have an STA 0615-EX-ST-2016 that expires in Feb 2017 and were told to just ask for
another 6 months to continue this training experiment.

The number of units (phones and hotspots) requested is based on the number of students and instructors
that will be part of the typical training event (60-80).

The number of devices is the same as STA 0615-EX-ST-2016. We submit a new application instead of
an extension because the location of one of fixed transmission site has changed.
