Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are demonstrating the HOOK3(tm) Combat Survival Radio (CSR), a follow on to AN/PRC-112G, which has a DD1494 (attached) for the frequencies in which it operates. The CSR, which is under development, has not yet been added to the DD1494, and JIFX staff requires a STA.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of requested capabilities of the Combat Survival Radio to the Navy at the upcoming Naval Post Graduate School Joint Interoperability Field Exercise (JIFX 17-3) The purpose is to demonstrate requested capabilities (RFI Attached) of the CSR to the Navy at the upcoming Naval Post Graduate School Joint Interoperability Field Exercise (JIFX). This is a 4 day exercise in which case all survival oriented features of the CSR will be demonstrated on UHF frequencies, per the Navy CSEL-SU List of Objectives.
