Authorization request to operate a band class 14 700MHz LTE system.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Operation of a band class 14 700MHz LTE system or support of the Consolidated Product Management Next Contract. This is for support of the Consolidated Product Management Next Contract (W900KK-15-D-0003/0007) with US Army PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. This will request will be supporting a delivery order 07 for Live Training Engagement Composition (LTEC) project. It will include standing up an experimental live training test bed and demonstration environment, known as Live-FITE, at the US Army Ft. Benning, GA facility.
