MHz to 163.1375 MHz.
2. The following frequencies that you have requested have been tabled by government agencies due to a
conflict with use by law enforcement:

          167.0875 MHz
          169.5375 MHz
          410.2375 MHz
          414.0375 MHz

Do you have any frequencies to suggest to replace these, or can you operate without them? All other
frequencies requested in your application are ready for approval.


The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of October 23, 2008 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
