An email was sent to you last week by the Army FAS representative. It stated:

"Once a contract is under the control of a DOD PM, in this case that would be Mr. Hasan, any frequency
support must be provided by the DOD representative to insure adherence to allocated frequency bands
that can be supported by the DOD. Per discussion with Mr. Lara, it is my understanding that the Radio
Frequency Authorizations provided by the Army Area Frequency Coordinator, AZ is sufficient to conduct
the required testing for this equipment.

"I have been in contact with NTIA reference the STA and I have provided an objection to the approval of
the STA based on Army support for this requirement."

The Army believes this STA is a duplication of effort. Can this STA be withdrawn?
