Attention: Mr. Doug Young

The 290-318 MHz is for a different type of transmission, specifically a UHF Satcom uplink, as defined by
its respective emission designator. The power level is the same but it utilizes a narrower bandwidth than
the other 225-400 MHz Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) that will also undergo testing. For this reason, I
included it as a separate listing in the application.

If you prefer that I include a separate emission designator under the complete UHF band, 225-400 MHz,
even though this particular uplink only operates in the 290-318 MHz band then I can amend the
application.

Please let me know if the application should be amended.
