Subject: Request for Info - File #0100-EX-PL-2013
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

The FCC cannot authorize any transmissions in the 1400-1427 MHz band because it is allocated to
passive services. You have requested 1395-1429 MHz. This leaves you 1395-1400 MHz and 1427-1429
MHz. Both requested bandwidths are too wide to fit in 1427-1429 MHz. The 10 MHz band will not fit in
1395-1400 MHz and the 5 MHz bandwidth will just barely fit. Do you want us to coordinate the 1395-1400
MHz portion of your requested band with only the 5 MHz bandwidth?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 08, 2013 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
