Also, NTIA has approved this in the past with the following condition: The STA power exceeds Part 15 limits by 60 dB and the requestor needs to be advised that development of this system that crosses federal government and FCC exclusive bands will be difficult to license if used in the United States and Possessions. How much longer will testing go on? The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
