Thank you for your comments
1. I have to agree with you. Somehow the scope of our testing is increasing. I will file a form 442
immediately. I leave up to you if you want to allow this STA to go through in case the experimental
license is delayed
2. We will fix the dates. We are asking for larger flight redius, since our flight tests became very difficult as
the ground tracking dish antenna struggled to track the aircraft. We still think the interference potential is
almost non-existent at these power levels. We will ask for the increased redius for the experimental
license anyway. If you will allow this STA, we can change to the smaller redius if that makes easier,
otherwise we prefer the larger redius
