Applicant was been warned on more than one occasion for filing multiple extensions of STA for this experiment. Why hasn't a Form 442 been filed for long-term use of this experiment? 2. This request is asking for an even larger flight radius than the previous application. This requires re-coordination with the federal government. The requested start date was five days prior to the filing. Please suggest a more realistic start date. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of June 12, 2007 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
