Hello Mr. Sangani,

The change requested for the FCC license is to change one of the earth stations from Naalehu, Hawaii to
the Haleiwa, Hawaii site, which will be used for telemetry and commanding of the OTB-1 satellite. The
information for this ground station had been included in the “Updated NTIA Space Record Form
with updated ground station” exhibit Parts A and B. Would you like an exhibit attached highlighting
the changes made to the exhibit compared to the version uploaded with the original license application
(either highlighted in red or with track changes on)?
