I have contacted GA’s Telecommunications Department regarding the outstanding payment for
the STA, file number 1401-EX-ST-2017. Mr. Jim Lockett informed me that he was not able to pay online
using the credit card payment option due to multiple failed attempts using an expired company issued
credit card. On Wednesday, Oct 11, 2017, we also contacted FCC fee departments at (202)418-4120
and left voice messages, unfortunately we had not received response on resetting the payment option as
of October 12, 2017. On October 12, 2017, Mr. Lockett has initiated a wire request to be sent for FCC
application payment. We should be able to resolve the outstanding payment in a few days. Thank you
for your patience.
