GA-ASI will potentially stand up a training academy in Grand Forks, ND starting in January of 2016 in
order to meet growing aircrew training requirements for Unmanned Aircraft Systems. We plan to
conduct training in support of current and future U.S. Government contracted flight activities. As such,
we will need to fly in the surrounding airspace near Grand Forks . Part of this activity is training on the
LYNX airborne radar. The radar will be utilized for flights going up to 30,000 feet AGL. This application
covers the frequencies used by the radar
