The radar is a synthetic aperture and ground moving target indicator. The modulating waveform is a
linear frequency modulated chirp.
The necessary bandwidth was obtained by measurement as section 2.202 of the FCC rules did give a
formula for this modulation
The requested band is wider than the necessary bandwidth, since the center frequency will vary
depending on measurement parameters.
