Atten: FCC Experimental Licensing Branch 445 12th Street, Washington DC, 20554 RECONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION, REFERENCE 32037, FILE NO. 0508‐EX‐ST‐2016 Dear FCC Experimental Licensing Branch, This letter is reference to a previous filed STA application, File no. 0508‐EX‐ST‐2016, correspondence reference number: 32037. The previous STA was dismissed due to potential harmful interference to Air Force’s activities in Southern California. The area of requested application has been modified to eliminate potential interference to Air Force communications in the region. The modified area of operations is shown in the figure below along with five aircraft waypoints within the Warning W‐291 region on the aeronautical chart. Request FCC Experimental Licensing Branch to reconsider the revised area of operation and provided flight plan for the upcoming flights test starting May 1, 2016.
