To: Sheri Delaware E-Mail: sheri.delaware@gat.com From: Doug Young Date: May 30, 2018 Subject: Request for Info - File # 0303-EX-ST-2018 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: The FCC's International Bureau/Satellite Division requests that you address the following issues: 1) Please submit a radiation hazard of the proposed antennas 2) Please provide the name of satellite for the point of communication. 3) Please reduce your power from 446W to 170W (ERP) for the emission designator 7M00G1D when transmit a signal to the proposed Ku-band satellite in the 14.4-14.5 GHz band. 4) Please reduce your power from 446W to 40W (ERP) for the emission designator 1M60G1D when transmit a signal to the proposed Ku-band satellite in the 14.4-14.5 GHz band. 5) Please certify your proposed operations are in compliance with Section 25.227 of the Commission’s rules. 6) Please certify that your proposed operations are in compliance with all existing or future coordination agreements between proposed satellite space operator and other GSO and NGSO satellite networks. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 30, 2018 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
