Receive basic communications and test data from a payload on a General Atomics Predator series UAS. Spectrum use request submitted for the purpose of testing payload placed on General Atomics Predator series UAS. Area of flight during this development is the locally approved airspace in the vicinity of Grand Forks, ND at a maximum altitude of 15,000 feet MSL.
