Please explain the purpose of operation:
R&D for possible use by forward-deployed US Army units. Mobile emitter will be integrated on a General Atomics Unmanned Aerial System and tested while airborne El Mirage Field, CA. Emitter is being developed under R&D for possible use by forward-deployed US Army units. This effort is NOT associated with any government contract and therefore does not have a government contract number.
