Doug,

I’m not sure where the start date of 01/01/2006 came up. We only requested an extension to the existing file that expires
12/16/2005. I do understand that you can only extend for six months, so I agree with allowing the gap from 12/16/2005 to
12/31/2005 to allow for coverage from the beginning of January all the way through the end of June 2006. Hopefully our demo will
occur prior to June 30th. Thanks for all your help!

Sonja,

The current STA for station WC2XLR with the expanded radius of operations, 0229-EX-ST-2005, expires on 12/16/2005. You
have requested a start date of 01/01/2006 for 0607-EX-ST-2005. You stated in a previous email that the reason for this is
because you have a potential demo in June that would be outside the STA range if the new STA would start when the old one
expires. I can grant 0607-EX-ST-2005 with a term on 01/01/2006 to 07/01/2006 (since I can't grant an STA for longer than six
months), but you would not be able to operate with the expanded radius between 12/16/2005 an 01/01/2006. Are you all right
with this?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of November 29, 2005 may result in application dismissal
pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
