The existing certifications are SPS-13432 for the Navy Predator and one for the NASA ACES system. In both cases the SPS Certifications state that this system does not conform to the National Table of Frequency Allocations and must operate on an unprotected, non- interference basis to all allocated systems. Furthermore, this system uses discrete frequencies within the specified range and requests for specific operating locations should be for specific frequencies not the entire tuning range of the system. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of October 21, 2003 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
