----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

FCC bureaus questioned extended period operation of government contract projects on frequencies
shared with non-government users back in 2004 when stations WD2XGX, WD2XGY and WD2XGZ were
originally approved. It was expected at this time that the applications for experimental licenses were
meant as extensions of Special Temporary Authority and would not go on indefinitely. What are General
Atomics' near- and long-term plans to move operations to government frequencies?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 14, 2008 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
