Message:

If you operate at exactly 14.5 GHz with a 20 MHz bandwidth, you will be spilling over into a
commercial satellite band and I will have to coordinate with the FCC's International Bureau. I
do not know if this will be problematic or not. Do you wish to reconsider this frequency or
proceed with it?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
March 13, 2007 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the
filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
