Request to Expedite FCC License Modification File #0082-EX-ML-2006

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) builds the Predator Unmanned
Air Vehicle. We require the use of frequencies controlled by the FCC for aircraft
production testing, pilot training and development test activities at our facilities listed on
the subject request. The current volume of Government program activity has congested
the C-Band frequencies already approved for our use. The additional Ku Band
frequencies we have requested are needed to allow us to meet our support requirements
for the US Army, US Navy and US Air Force Operation Enduring Freedom and
Operation Iraqi Freedom war efforts. Our ability to provide trained pilots for our
overseas operations is at a critical point and we need access to the additional Ku Band
frequencies as soon as possible.

Any effort that you can expend to expedite this request would be greatly appreciated by
GA-ASI and our customers.
