(GA-ASI) currently has the above referenced FCC license for Fort Huachuca, Arizona, in support of our CalTech contract #1051140. GA- ASI has been asked to perform a demonstration of our Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) capabilities by the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE). BICE would like GA-ASI to perform this demonstration in order to evaluate our UAV’s capabilities with regard to the patrolling of U.S. borders. I would like to request permission for GA-ASI to use its current FCC license for the Fort Huachuca location for the BICE demonstration. There would be no technical changes to the existing license. I have already spoken with Jim Burtle about the urgency of this request and have also submitted STA applications for several other locations as well.
