EXHIBIT 1 General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA—ASI) is in the business of the manufacture and flight test of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) with a broad range of scientific and military applications for the U.S. Government and for the Center for Interdisciplinary Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (CIRPAS). GA—ASI requests these frequencies to support ongoing CIRPAS projects that are being administered through our contract #1051 140 with CalTech.
